  • Do you have a personal connection?
  • Or do her differences interest you?

  • Does her creativity inspire you? 
  • Jot down any thoughts about why she’s enlightening

 

• EMPOWERING: Do you feel empowered (able, allowed) after reading about her? 
  • What lessons did you learn?
  • What can you do now that you didn’t think you could do before?
  • Jot down any thoughts about why she’s empowering (helping you to feel more confident)

STEP 2:
SHARE YOUR REFLECTIONS

• Email your Notes-Catcher to us: [email protected] 
  • Include a trusted adult from school or home on the email
  • When we publish your story your "byline" will include your first name only, your town or school, and your age or grade
• ​We will assign one of our editors to work with you to shape your interview questions and to generally plan your story/magazine article
• If you are interested in the art / design / videography aspects of our work let us know as we'll be creating opportunities in these departments as well

STEP 3:
SCHEDULING THE INTERVIEW!

• We hope to have in-person interviews with every girl who we research.
• As a Plan B, we'll schedule interviews by Zoom or phone.
• Parents, caregivers and teachers will need to give permission prior to interviews.
• Safety and convenience will always be priorities!
• Video versions of our interviews will be posted on our website.
• Teaser-clips will posted on our social media site.
