NikaVika SisterHood was founded in the wake of an activist movement that catapulted around the world in October of 2017, and is still on the fast-track today. Our focus is on pro-activism.
Through our upbeat, hands-on, "confidence coaching" we aim to close a set of "gaps" around ambition, inclusion and vigilance which stem from: limited time + resources and/or cultural influences.  We are convinced that these gaps can be filled best by via inspirational role models and experts in their fields.
Celebrating the strength, spirit and success of girls in our communities, we are laser-focused on giving back.  25% to 50% of profits will be donated to local causes that empower our girls.

Gretchen Miller Johnson, Founder

Picture
As the daughter of an inspiring mother of nine children, one of six sisters, and aunt to 30+ nieces and grandnieces, the importance of sisterhood resonates deeply with Gretchen. An academic coach to many local girls, an entrepreneur, wife, and daughter, Gretchen is a graduate of BC's Lynch School of Education and Harvard Graduate School of Education. As a Grade 5 teacher at Milton Academy's Lower School in the mid-90s, she launched MillerAcademy Coaching, from which NikaVika SisterHood was ultimately born.  Outside of her coaching work, Gretchen is passionate about her family and friends, golf, writing (her father's memoirs!) and traveling.

Annika Viktoria Johnson, Inspiration

Picture
Born on Saint Patrick's Day, Annika is the daughter of Gretchen and Chris Johnson, who, as two "older" parents, experience the-luck-of-the-Irish in their 10-year-old "miracle" every single day!  Over time, Annika's first and middle names (both are derived from Nike, the Greek Goddess of Victory) morphed into NikaVika. In addition to her current assignment of creating our "DIY Videos" (coming soon to our YouTube channel!) and conducting many of our SisterHood SpotLights, Annika loves gymnastics, tennis, swimming, singing, writing, and illustrating.  She cherishes her friends and family, loves to travel, and can't wait to visit the Hawaiian islands!
